Logic Inspection Group – Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

At Logic Inspection Group, we value our clients’ time as well as our own. In order to provide the best service to all of our clients, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled inspection time to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

  • If the inspector arrives at the property and is unable to complete the inspection due to lack of access (e.g., locked doors, tenant refusal, property not ready, etc.), the appointment will be considered a late cancellation, and the $150 cancellation fee will apply.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule their inspection at least 24 hours in advance without penalty.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours of the inspection is subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation if another time cannot be accommodated.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the client, agent, or an authorized individual is not present to grant access at the scheduled time, the inspector will wait up to 30 minutes before considering the appointment a no-show.

  • A no-show will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours, and the $150 fee will apply.

4. Refund Policy

  • If an inspection is canceled more than 24 hours in advance, the inspection fee will be refunded minus any credit card processing fees that were incurred at the time of payment.

  • If an inspection is canceled within 24 hours, the $150 cancellation fee will apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded minus any credit card processing fees.

  • If the client cancels escrow after prepaying for an inspection, they are still subject to the cancellation policy outlined above.

  • No refunds will be issued for inspections that have been completed, unless an error was made by the inspector.

5. Exceptions

  • Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Logic Inspection Group.

If an inspection cannot be completed due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events, the cancellation fee will be waived.
